9-fold increase in biceps mass
In a recent placebo-controlled study published in the Journal of Strength & Conditioning Research, 24 male novice bodybuilders were supplemented with C9-T11 isomers or a vegetable oil placebo while completing 6 weeks of bodybuilding exercises.1 Arm circumference and skin-fold measurements showed arm girth increased 9-fold in C9-T11 group compared with the placebo.
30-POUND STRENGTH INCREASE
A separate double-blind, placebo-controlled human study with similar design showed that after 28 days of supplementation, the C9-T11 group increased their strength by almost 30 pounds in lifts compared to only 9.5 lbs in the placebo group.2,3 Blood urea nitrogen levels were lower in men supplemented with C9-T11, suggesting an anabolic effect.
90% Increase in Lean Muscle
A separate 2022 study published in the prestigious journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise showed an average 8.8-pound increase in fat-free muscle mass compared to only a 4.6% increase in the placebo group over 4 weeks of strength-training exercise. That's a remarkable 90% increase in lean muscle growth.
